Every order is hand-baked the morning we ship — never pre-made, never frozen. Cookies typically arrive within 2–3 days and stay perfect for up to 7 days at room temperature. If they ever show up less than perfect, we replace the box. No questions.

We bake in small batches every week and ship Monday through Wednesday so your box never sits over a weekend in transit. Tracking arrives the moment it leaves the kitchen.

We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $75.
Yes — we deliver same-day in Bloomington and Normal, Illinois. Local delivery is a $5 flat fee (free over $50). Order between 8 AM and 11 PM and we'll bake and deliver in about 2–3 hours. Use the ZIP checker on our site to confirm your address is in zone.

All of our cookies contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. Some flavors (Dubai Nights, Midnight Nutella) contain tree nuts. All cookies are baked in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and peanuts, so cross-contamination is possible.
